Warm Up:

  1. 5-10 minute cardio or 200 jump ropes
  2. 15 Lateral Band Walk (p/side)
  3. 15 Banded Glute Bridges

Jessie’s tips for today’s workout:

The hardest, toughest workout of your week should be your Jessie’s Girls leg day. Training such a large muscle group requires you to be mentally and physically ready to rock. I know life happens…but remember you’ll see the best results here if you’re well rested and you’ve eaten your pre-workout meal. Get your mind right to make every workout count. You shouldn’t want to do anything but rest and recover after this!
