Im 6mo pp, so I calculated my macros to be at maintenance+add about 300-400 cal in fat/carbs depending on my activity- should I do rest day carbs?

Whats the best way to time breastfeeding/pumping, meals, and workouts? Is bf before a workout better? Some days are on point,others all over the place
